Is currently working on CG Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering of the project 177 senior housing unit consists of a large building on the model and one apartment on the 2.4-acre site in Everett, WA. The project includes the design of slab on grade wood-framed building and underground concrete storm water detention vault. And it includes civil engineering initial feasibility to assist in the size of the building and the conceptual planning phase parking. It will also be a project to combat erosion and demolition plan and grades, sanitation, sewage, water, and plans for the street improvement plans preparation.
