CG Engineering is currently working on civil and structural engineering for this 177 unit senior housing project consisting of one large apartment-style building on a 2.4 acre site in Everett, WA. The project includes design of a slab on grade wood-framed building and underground concrete storm water detention vault. Civil engineering includes a preliminary feasibility phase to assist with the conceptual building size and parking layout. An erosion control and demolition plan and grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, water plans and street improvement plans will also be drafted.
